Each sentence about the project carries a status, a source and the date it was checked. The document register lists each document in the private folder with its SHA-256.

Hashed at build, anchored only with a ledger entry

A document shows as anchored only when the register holds a ledger entry for its hash. Until then it shows as hashed.
