Know what opens the next dollar
Gates, documents and money unlocked at each of the seven stages, and why they come in that order.
Open the path
One path from site control to construction draws, with every funding source screened and every claim labeled by how well it is proven.
Each stage has gates to pass, documents that get produced and hashed, and the money it opens up. Pick a stage to see what it needs.
Gates, documents and money unlocked at each of the seven stages, and why they come in that order.
Open the pathSliders for each layer of the stack. A stack that does not close says so.
Open the stackReal, client stated, illustrative, verify with counsel or pending, with a source and a date.
Open the ledgerEligibility, timeline and what UnyKorn prepares. Figures appear only where a primary source was read, and say when.
Most tokenization tools start with the token and add the law later. We started with the exemption rules, then built the token, the back office and the investor portal around them.
Your name, colors and domain on every page, email and statement. Investors see your company, not ours.
Accreditation, holding periods, investor caps and the US-person rule are checked by the token on every mint and transfer.
Distributions, redemption windows and Form D and state filing deadlines run from one back office, with a record of each step.
Role-based access, MFA for every admin, a hash-chained audit log, and contract roles planned for shared wallets with signer thresholds.
The back office, token engine, investor portal and page builder share one set of data. A change in one shows up in the others.
Projects, phases, investors, the cap table, payouts and filings live in one place, with roles for each person on your team.
Each offering gets its own ERC-3643 token on Base. Only verified holders can receive it, and the exemption's limits are enforced on chain.
Holdings, payouts, lock dates, documents and support in one place, under your brand, on any device.
Drag in photo galleries, phase inventory, sale stages, return calculators and the document room. Every figure comes from the back office, so the page never drifts.
Each project shows its stages, its capital stack and its documents, with every figure labelled.
Every project shows who can take part and at what level. Small entries run under the federal crowdfunding and Reg A rules, larger stakes under Reg D, and a whole campus or one phase can be bought outright.
Multi-phase campuses, underwritten on power, fiber and contracted capacity.
Prefabricated halls and edge sites, funded one phase at a time.
Construction notes with draws released only against inspections and lien waivers.
Sites with utility capacity or a place in the interconnection queue, held until they are built on or sold.
Generation and batteries beside the load, often paired with C-PACE financing where a county program allows it.
The grid upgrades and studies a utility needs before it energizes a site.
Liquid cooling, water systems and heat recovery for the halls.
Sites inside designated zones. Tax treatment is a question for each investor's own adviser.
Each project page shows its own capital stack: which sources fund it, in what amounts, and in what order they are repaid.
Membership interests sold as tokens under Reg D 506(c) to verified accredited investors, or under 506(b) to accredited investors and up to 35 non-accredited purchasers in any 90-day period, without general solicitation.
Entries from $100 under Reg CF through a funding portal, or Reg A once qualified.
Token debt with a fixed coupon, repaid from the sale or refinance of the project.
A lender in first position next to the tokens, which hold the equity.
Paid after the debt and before common equity, for investors who want a steadier position.
Commercial PACE financing for energy and resilience improvements, repaid through a special assessment on the tax bill where the county program allows it.
A fund that invests in projects inside a zone. Investors confirm any tax effect with their own adviser.
A buyer takes the entire campus, or one phase, in a direct sale of the project through a licensed broker.
Your domain, your investors, your offerings. We set it up, you run it, and US rules come built in.
An honest look at what each path gives you. Where something is still scheduled on our side, we say so.

The platform tracks each step and will not let a later one start before the earlier one is done.
One LLC per project or fund, so each offering's assets and risks stay separate.
Reg D 506(b) or 506(c), Reg A+ or Reg CF. The choice sets who can buy and how you can market.

KYC, OFAC screening and accreditation checks, then an identity claim the token can read.
Money goes to a bank, escrow or qualified third-party account for the offering, never to the platform. Tokens mint only after it clears.
Form D within 15 days of the first sale, plus each state's notice filing, tracked with due dates.
An SEC-registered transfer agent keeps the official record of who holds what.
Distributions run on schedule. After the lock ends, resale goes through a licensed broker-dealer or ATS.
This site walks a Tier IV data center project from genesis to funded, with each claim labeled as stated by Data Shelter or shown by a record.
