Who runs Funding Path, and what we do not do
Data Center Funding Path · prepared for Data Shelter is a funding desk from UnyKorn LLC, a Wyoming company. It builds the software and does the preparation work. Regulated roles stay with the people and firms the law requires.
Who does what
Each role, one job
Builds and prepares
Runs the software, builds the data room, the stack model, the claims ledger and the packages counsel and lenders ask for.
Confirms the legal points
Securities, tax and program questions go to the sponsor's own counsel. Anything not yet confirmed says verify with counsel.
Do the regulated work
Investor accreditation, custody and funding are done by providers the client picks and contracts with directly.
How the work is recorded
Documents are hashed, claims are labelled
Each document in the private folder gets a SHA-256 hash at build. Each claim carries a status, a source and a date. Both are listed on the truth ledger.
