Why Funding Path

Every promise here is something you can check

No slogans. Each point below links to the page where it works today, in this demo, and says plainly what is not deployed yet or waiting for a partner.

For investors

Own a share of a data center, from $100 to the whole campus

  • Three ways in. $100 fractions where crowdfunding rules allow, larger accredited stakes, or the entire project. See projects
  • Figures you can check. Each project shows its stage, its capital stack and every payout run, and each claim carries a label that says how well it is proven. Truth ledger
  • Your vote counts. Holders vote on major decisions, weighted by tokens. Votes
  • Your choice of payout. ACH, USDC, or reinvestment, which buys tokens in the same offering only while its sale is open and you remain eligible; each reinvestment is a new purchase.
  • Rules that protect you. Identity, accreditation and sanctions checks are required before any money moves (sanctions screening runs in this demo; the identity and accreditation providers are planned); holding locks and resale only through a licensed venue.
  • Records you can verify. Every document carries a SHA-256 fingerprint.
For owners and developers

Raise on your terms, under US rules

  • Every layer of a data center. Campuses, modular halls, powered land, substations, on-site solar and storage, cooling. List a project
  • The capital stack you need. Bank loan, token equity, preferred equity, construction notes and C-PACE, shown source by source.
  • The exemption in the code. Reg D 506(c) and 506(b), Reg A, Reg CF and state intrastate rules decide who can buy and when tokens can move. Compliance
  • Filings tracked for you. Form D and each state's notice, with fees and deadlines from the state's own rule.
  • Documents for your state. Operating agreement, subscription agreement and offering summary templates for counsel.
  • A back office that runs it. Investors, cap table, distributions, redemptions, votes, tickets, audit log. Start your genesis
For brokers and market operators

Your own branded market, without building one

  • Your brand everywhere. Name, colors, logo, domain, documents, banners and QR codes. Brand kit
  • Your state's rules built in. Each market carries its own filing rules, sample offerings and document set.
  • An app on the store. An Android app for your market, opening your site full-screen.
  • Flat, published pricing. Setup and license fees, no fee tied to money raised. Pricing
  • A pipeline from day one. Owners submit projects straight into your review queue.
  • Honest status. What is live, testnet or not connected is labelled on every page.

QuestionData Center Funding Path · prepared for Data Shelter
Are US exemption rules enforced in the token itself, or only in a terms page?In the token: identity registry and compliance rules on every transfer and mint (built and tested, not deployed yet; audit before mainnet).
Can a small investor take part, and can a large one buy the whole asset?Yes: $100 fractions where Reg CF or Reg A applies, accredited stakes under Reg D, and whole-asset sales through a licensed broker.
Do you track state notice filings, with the state's actual fee and deadline?Yes, from each state's rule, with its source and a "to confirm" flag until counsel checks it.
Do holders see the payouts and vote on decisions?Yes: payouts per token from paid runs, and weighted votes in the investor portal.
Is any fee tied to the amount raised? No. Flat fees per phase, a monthly license and a flat fee per project entity.
Can resale happen before the holding period ends? No. Resale opens after the lock, and only through a licensed broker-dealer or ATS.
Who holds investor money?Never the platform. Funds go to each offering's escrow account; qualified custody is opened in the client's own name.
Can I launch my own branded market?Yes: site, investor portal, back office, documents, brand kit and Android app from one settings file.
